Submit A Complaint

To submit a complaint to the Office of the Independent Monitor (OIM), you can:
  • Complete a Complaint Form and send it to the OIM via U.S. mail, fax or e-mail, or
  • Complete the fields below and click Submit.
You may submit a complaint anonymously. However, if you do not provide your identity, it may be impossible for the OIM to investigate your complaint. When you submit a complaint anonymously, a member of the Independent Monitor Team will contact you at the contact information that you provide to determine what kind of an investigation the OIM can conduct.

The OIM accepts complaints from an employee of a FirstGroup America company, a representative of an employee, or a representative of a labor union that represents or is seeking to represent employees of FirstGroup America.

I understand this Complaint will be investigated by the Office of the Independent Monitor, and the Independent Monitor will provide his final report to me and to FirstGroup PLC. I also understand that, unless I have explained why any information submitted above should be kept confidential from company officials, the Office of the Independent Monitor will forward a copy of my Complaint to FirstGroup America so that the company will have an opportunity to respond.
